An Hour Sprint More Effective than Jogging

We've heard the adage says that "although slowly as long as the survivors". It turns out that maxim does not apply anymore when it comes to weight loss.
Run slowly (jogging) in an effort to streamline the body less effective than the sprint.

In a study conducted at the University of New South Wales suggests that the effect of running at high speed instead of just feeling tired and sore in the legs. Moreover, the weight can come down faster than just running slowly.

Technically, Dr Boutcher explained that scamper can stimulate the release of a type of hormone called catecholamine. This hormone stimulates the release of fat, particularly abdominal fat and visceral fat, thus more easily burned into energy.
