The Dangers Behind Your Pillow!

What ensures the comfort of your bed at night? Nearly 70 percent of people replied pillow soft and tender are the main factors that make them sleep soundly, in addition to a flexible mat and a cool room atmosphere.

But have you ever asked how often should you change your pillows? Most people actually do not want to part with their favorite pillow. In fact, bed pillows should be replaced every six months.

Director of the Sleep to Live Institute Robert Oexman, DC, said a major mistake in dealing with sleep problem is the age of the pillow is too long. Unlike the mattress can last for 5-10 years.

"The bed pillows should ideally be replaced every six months and should have been removed when he reached two years," said Oexman, reported by WebMD.

"Dirt can be a cause of acne," said Mark R Neustrom, allergist of Kansas City Allergy and Asthma Associates.

Meanwhile, germs and insects miskroskopis nesting in the pillow, could be a trigger allergies. "If the pillow is not replaced, mild allergy can turn into acute allergies," he added.
