14 Foods to Prevent Breast Cancer

Cancer is a condition when cells lose control and normal mechanism, so grow abnormally, quickly and uncontrollably. Breast Cancer is a type of cancer that originated from breast tissue. Along with cervical cancer, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer suffered by women. In some cases, genetic factors are believed to play a role that is strong, but not a few cases of breast cancer associated with lifestyle factors and unhealthy diet.

Pomegranate Juice (Pomegranate)

A promising research in Israel show that pomegranate juice destroys Breast Cancer cells and does not interfere with healthy cells. Pomegranate juice is also able to prevent the formation of new breast cancer cells.

Blueberries

According to a study, fitokomia in blueberries work together to stop the growth and spread of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which is one form of breast cancer that is more complicated than other types.

Pomelo

Kelp is a type of seaweed (brown algae group). A study at UC Berkeley found that a diet high in kelp can lower serum levels of estradiol in women and had phytoestrogenic properties. Chlorophylones sea vegetables also contain fatty acids that may help in the prevention of breast cancer. In addition, kelp also contains fucoidan, which has been found in studies to induce apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells.
