Avocado Green Smoothie Recipe

Avocado Green Smoothie is vegan smoothie.  Combining vegetables and fresh fruits, it's healthy pick me up is a smart way to get your family to eat their veggies!

Addition to our diets to increase our fruit and vegetable. This designed to make it easier to select healthier foods and simplify your shopping experience.

Almond milk, ground flaxseed and more. It made easier to shopping with your kids. There are many vegetables and fruits that I like to buy organic, especially spinach and other.  You was able to easily and quickly find these and these greens became the inspiration to make a recipe for Green Smoothie.

If you want the smoothie to be vegan, grabbed an avocado to make the creamy smoothie, smooth texture filled with nutrients and healthy fats. The avocado and pineapple makes an excellent combination.  Let's to make this Avocado Green Smoothie!

Avocado Green Smoothie is tropical smoothie made with frozen banana, avocado, greens and a pineapple.
One sip make your body feels energized. This healthy smoothie is delicious for a quick snack, breakfast, or whenever you want a healthy boost. Asking for seconds to make it!

Avocado Green Smoothie

Avocado, Green+Smoothie
Yield: 1 to 2 servings

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 cup (2 handfuls) fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice (almond milk, soy milk or any other liquid will work)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
- 1 banana (frozen and cut into slices)

Instructions

In a blender, process spinach, pineapple, avocado, flaxseed, juice, and frozen banana until smooth. Serve chilled.
 
Notes:
I just used fresh pineapple juice from the container of the cut up pineapple.
