Prevent Diabetes With Bitter Coffee

Coffee may lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Substances in coffee may help regulate glucose levels in the blood, and hence, also diabetes go away. It is based on research conducted by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The risk of diabetes can be reduced through the consumption of coffee is diabetes mellitus type-2 (DM type-2). This type of diabetes is most prevalent, the number is around 90-95% of the total of all people with diabetes including type 1.
