1. Rice Flour

Rice flour can be used as an exfoliating scrub that will remove dead skin from cracking and the dryness. Mix a handful of ground rice with apple cider vinegar and honey. Stir it until it becomes a thick paste. Add a few drops of olive oil or sweet almond oil (optional).

2. Vegetable Oil



Vegetable oils can be used to prevent and treat cracked heels. Sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil will work. Apply this oil on your heels overnight. Scrub your heels with a pumice stone, then apply the oil on your heels. Put on a clean socks and leave it for overnight. Next day, your heels will be softer. Repeat this until the heel fissures are gone completely.

3. Margosa leaves

Take one cup of organic honey and 2 cups of milk and put them into a basin, then mix these well. Soak your feet in the water for about 20 minutes to loosen the dead skin. Scrub your feet gently. Wash your feet with water, pat them dry and apply a thick moisturizer.

8. Banana
